Southwest Steak

We look forward to this farm-fresh dish every year!  Finally the local corn and tomatoes are coming in from the fields.  A house-made southwest spice blend, dry-rubbed and grilled flank steak.  Served with outstandingly-sweet corn relish and roasted new potatoes.
