We fuel America by offering great tasting,
healthy meals at affordable prices.
A Family Company
Healthy Nation Catering is family-owned company based in the south suburbs of Chicago.
Our owner Chef Joseph Lenard has an A.A.S in Culinary Arts, a B.A. in Finance, and an M.B.A.
His wife Cristina was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro and she brings
the touch of class that the chef just doesn’t have.
After 20 years in the food industry, we have concluded that the
evolution of food needs a new path and we intend to help foster in that new path.
The old business model of selling preservative-rich, nutrient-poor foods must end.
Our goal is to make great tasting, nourishing food and deliver it to you.
We use only the freshest ingredients and strive to make everything on our menu from scratch.
Our menu selections rotate with the season. In creating the most awesome
and pure-ingredient menus, nearly all items are gluten-free.
Vegetarians will also find a wide array of choices here too.
As we aim to please, nothing here is written in stone.
Please contact us with menu requests and suggestions.
Our big-picture goal is to bring enlightenment of food as medicine
to all consumers within the food industry. (Which is everybody on planet earth.)

Meet the Team
Leading the team, casting the vision, healing through food,
and general mess making
are Joe’s talents
Cristina is the mortar
that gives each brick its meaning
and purpose in relation to the big picture.
When things need to get done,
call on Tracy.
Who keeps us grounded
and reminds us of reality,
gets all done and does it with style? Mandy, that’s who.
We are committed to using only the highest quality, natural, of-the-earth ingredients to create our meals. Always prepared fresh, we believe in creating vibrant health through eating real food.
Doing the right thing even when nobody is looking. Enough said? If we all could adopt this value, imagine the impact.
Give something back. Be a kind neighbor. We are fortunate through our business to be able to donate meals and food weekly to our local food pantry.
Our society is plagued with very-reversible ailments that can be easily fixed by simply eating better. That is where we aim to make a large impact. Somewhere along the way society lost the ability to educate about food and its integral part of our health and biology.
