Finished with our house-made peach glaze featuring sweet, locally sourced farm-fresh peaches at the peak of summer, creating the perfect balance of savory, sweet, and smoky flavors. Served with garlic & herb roasted baby potatoes and charred green beans with caramelized shallots for a fresh, seasonal plate. Inspired by the abundance of fresh peaches at local farmers markets.
