Salsa Chicken Bowl

Chicken breast cooked in a mild house tomato salsa, shredded and served with roasted peppers over brown rice.  We garnish with fresh green onions but the fun doesn’t stop there, just add your favorite hot sauce, cheese or sour cream too!
