Moroccan Chicken Keto

A perfectly tender chicken breast, seasoned and baked with a blend of Moroccan spices.  Topped with a garlic-tomato coulis.  Served with lemon-spinach and roasted garlic cauliflower rice (laden with coconut oil for extra fat).
