CBD Chickpea Skillet

CBD infused olive oil (by Sunkissed Greenz in Mokena) is used throughout this dish, giving it a unique twist while providing potential health benefits!  Chickpeas, roasted tomato, onion, zucchini and spinach fused together with a hemp seed warm vinaigrette, all served over roasted potatoes.  Voila!
