Ancho Chicken Skillet

Marinated in a smokey and slightly spicy Ancho chili pepper sauce (Ancho, onion, beer and garlic).  Served over potato hash with carrots and asparagus.  Garnished with toasted pumpkin seeds.  Clean calories loaded with flavor.
