Marinated in a smokey and slightly spicy Ancho chili pepper sauce (Ancho, onion, beer and garlic).  Served with coconut oil cauliflower rice, carrots and asparagus.  Garnished with toasted pumpkin seeds.  Clean calories loaded with flavor.
