Healthy Nation Catering is family-owned company based in the south suburbs of Chicago.
Our owner Chef Joseph Lenard has an A.A.S in Culinary Arts, a B.A. in Finance, and an M.B.A.
His wife Cristina was born and raised in Rio de Janeiro and she brings
the touch of class that the chef just doesn’t have.
THE STORY
After 20 years in the food industry, we have concluded that the
evolution of food needs a new path and we intend to help foster in that new path.
The old business model of selling preservative-rich, nutrient-poor foods must end.
Our goal is to make great tasting, nourishing food and deliver it to you.
THE MENUS
We use only the freshest ingredients and strive to make everything on our menu from scratch.
Our menu selections rotate with the season. In creating the most awesome
and pure-ingredient menus, nearly all items are gluten-free.
Vegetarians will also find a wide array of choices here too

Our society is plagued with very-reversible ailments that can be easily fixed by simply eating better. That is where we aim to make a large impact. Somewhere along the way society lost the ability to educate about food and its integral part of our health and biology.
