Independence Day

Fourth of July

The fourth of July has long been my favorite holiday.  A time to celebrate in the height of the good summer weather.  A time to reflect on our freedom.  No one likes to be oppressed, and tyranny is a venomous snake that we could do without.  So this holiday, as the great United States celebrates its freedom from Great Britain, she herself Great Britain will begin celebrating its freedom from The Euro Zone.  It seems the thought I had for this post took a ninety degree turn and I will end it with this.  It seems throughout history that nations have long sought independence from one another and this usually comes with a hefty opportunity cost to another nation.  image
