Salsa Chicken Keto

Chicken breast cooked in a mild house tomato salsa, shredded and served with roasted peppers and roasted garlic cauliflower rice (laden with coconut oil for extra fat).  We garnish with fresh green onions but the fun doesn’t stop there, just add your favorite hot sauce, cheese or sour cream too!
